SHIPPING POLICY
Your package will be delivered by our carrier Colissimo.
We ship to France and abroad, packages are delivered against signature.
Some of our items are made after your order has been validated, please allow approximately 10 working days for delivery. (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your package is shipped, please allow approximately 2 working days to receive your order.
Our delivery times are provided for information purposes only and may vary, particularly during holiday periods.
RETURN POLICY
Our items are eligible for exchange only. You can exchange your item for a different size, color, or style.
• If the item chosen for exchange is cheaper, a credit note corresponding to the price difference will be sent.
• If the item you choose is more expensive, you will be sent a payment link to pay the difference.
The cost of returning the item is the customer's responsibility. The item must be returned in its original packaging, new and unworn, within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items that are personalized or made especially at the customer's request cannot be exchanged or refunded.
