OUR MAINTENANCE ADVICE
Upon receipt:
When your furry friend arrives home, the hair may appear sagging.
Rest assured, it will return to its original shape in a few days.
We recommend hanging it up so that it naturally regains its shape, especially after being packed for several days.
When you first wear your fur, you will notice that it may leave hairs on your clothes.
Rest assured, this phenomenon is completely normal.
You can easily remove these hairs by hand (wet your hands slightly, then run them over your clothes) or using a mini roller that you can keep in your bag.
We also recommend blow-drying on a cool setting to remove excess hair.
During other seasons:
During the months when you are not wearing it, especially during the summer season, it is recommended to store it in a place away from light to avoid any risk of oxidation of the color of your fur.
After the rain:
If your fur gets wet from rain or snow, it is recommended to let it air dry before storing it.
Do not use a hot air hair dryer or direct heat source (such as a radiator) to preserve the quality and texture of the fur.
Cleaning:
Finally, every two to three years, your fur needs a complete cleaning to revive its natural shine, which is sometimes dulled by external elements (air, pollution, etc.).
To preserve its beauty and longevity, we recommend that you entrust its maintenance to a fur cleaning specialist.
